my friend also had a similar experience. her baby had 2 components flagged by the sonographer. she went on to have a perfectly healthy little boy...some babies just develop at different rates in utero.
where the fold measurement is below 5mm and where mumma's age is in her 20s are generally pretty good signs. they just have to flag a measurement of 3.1mm as it is above the norm range of 2.0-2.8. usually by the time the next lot of testing is done, bubbies have 'resolved' the component that was of concern.
