Just thought I would mention as I always stress, dieting is definitely not recommended for pregnant mums.

I think this article was intended to be focused on conception, but then followed on into pregnancy to show what happened as a result of the Atkins Diet prior to conception ...? Or is it just my pregnant brain? LOL!

I don't think the exercise was done to prove anything about Atkins in pregnancy. Just thought I would post it for discussion to see what everyone thought - of course each study has it's weak points
